Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalesGlow ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Nurzun (the "Company" — Nurzun), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. By checking the consent box at registration, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Malaysian law. If you register on behalf of a business, you warrant you are authorised to bind that entity.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are liable for all activity under your account, including unauthorised use, until you notify us.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions, Trial & Renewal

A free trial is offered for a limited period as stated on the pricing page. No payment is taken during the trial.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refund is given for mid-period cancellation except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change plan pricing on notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered for the current period.

5. Fees, Tax & Payment

Fees are charged via Billplz, our payment processor. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
Prices are exclusive of applicable Service Tax (SST) unless stated otherwise. SST is charged where the Service is a taxable service under the Service Tax Act 2018, at the prevailing rate set by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or spam activity, and any breach of third-party platform terms (including WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram).

7. Automation & Third-Party Platforms

SalesGlow may send messages through WhatsApp, Telegram, and other integrated platforms on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your messaging complies with applicable laws (including anti-spam provisions, the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and the Do Not Call provisions) and with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for messages you generate or for any suspension of your platform accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, content, and trademarks are owned by the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data and the content you upload.

9. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts/omissions of third-party processors (e.g., Billplz, Meta, WhatsApp).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with or without notice where urgent. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. Sections that by nature survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
