We process personal data for: (a) providing and securing the Service; (b) billing and payments; (c) customer support; (d) sending service and transactional notices; (e) compliance with legal obligations; and (f) legitimate interest analytics to improve the Service. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Processing is based on your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligation, and our legitimate interests, consistent with PDPA 2010.
Where data leaves Malaysia, we rely on safeguards consistent with PDPA transfer principles.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. On account closure, your data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
