Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service. "Content" means any data, message, or material you submit, upload, send, or generate through the Service.

1. No Unlawful or Harmful Use

You may not use the Service to: violate any Malaysian or foreign law; infringe IP; defame; harass; distribute malware; or engage in fraud, money-laundering, or deception.

2. No Spam / Anti-Spam Compliance

You must comply with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and applicable Do-Not-Call / anti-spam rules. You shall:

Only message recipients with a lawful basis (consent, contractual, or legitimate interest recognised by law).
Include accurate sender identity and a working unsubscribe/opt-out in every bulk message.
Honour opt-out requests promptly.
Not purchase, scrape, or use illegally obtained contact lists.

3. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Where you use integrated platforms (WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram, etc.), you must comply with their terms and policies. We are not responsible for your platform accounts being restricted or banned. We may rate-limit or throttle messaging to protect deliverability and platform standing.

4. Data You Upload

You warrant you have the right to upload and process personal data of third parties (your customers) and that such processing complies with PDPA and any other applicable law. You are the data controller for that data.

5. Resource Abuse

No security probes, denial-of-service, scraping, or excessive automated use beyond fair-use limits we publish.

6. Enforcement

Breach may result in content removal, warning, suspension, or termination of your account, and notification to authorities where required. We may act without prior notice where harm is imminent.
